Each bar is one year, stacked by workshop. Genomics ran every January; Phylogenomics and Population Genomics alternated alongside it. No workshops ran in 2021 due to COVID-19.

2011 is excluded: three genomics editions ran that year, in Český Krumlov (as the Workshop on Comparative Genomics), Fort Collins, and at the Smithsonian, and their combined participant count is not comparable to later single editions.
