[box type=”info”]This is a page for the 2012 Bioconductor Workshop. Since we are hosting two full length Workshops in January 2013 we will not be hosting the shorter Advanced Topics Sessions this coming January![/box]

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]his Advanced Topic Session provides extensive instruction on the use of R and Bioconductor for the analysis and comprehension of high-throughput genomic data. R is a statistical programming language; Bioconductor is a collection of more than 460 packages built with R. This session explores the R programming language and key sequence analysis and annotation work flows.
