The Harvard University Center for AIDS Research; the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard; and the Clinical and Translational Epidemiology Unit at MGH presents a week-long workshop focused exclusively on approaches to the analysis of high-throughput transcriptome data.

This intensive, hands-on course will feature morning and afternoon sessions taught by expert faculty and technical assistants.  All participants will acquire fundamental computational skills, appropriate study design, data interpretation, and overall literacy in bioinformatics.

When: 11-15, September, 2017 : Morning Sessions 9:00 – 12:00 | Afternoon Sessions 1:00 – 4:00

Where: Ragon Institute

Fee: There is a $350 registration fee to offset the costs of providing this 5 day workshop. Breakfast, lunch, and access to Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure are included. A networking reception will be held for all participants who complete the workshop.
