On your EC2 machine, please execute the following two commands. Please make sure to do this from within x2go or VNC, and not from a direct ssh connection.
- cd ~/workshop_data/qiime
- jupyter notebook –no-browser
After executing the above commands, on your local system (i.e., your laptop and outside of x2go), open a web browser and go to:
http://YOUR-PUBLIC-DNS:8888
