[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Evolution and Genomics web site has an integrated community and communications network. After registering for an account you will be able to create a personal profile and view details, such as research descriptions, about other site members. In addition, you will be able to create forum posts on specific topics, form discussion groups and participate in live chat sessions during and after each Workshop.
We implemented this community in order to encourage conversation during Workshops. It will also provide each Workshop participant with a mechanism to communicate specific details about their own research projects and interests to the rest of the Workshop community without having to use personal resources such as Facebook.
