[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n response to the number one training need identified by the Harvard University community, we will be sponsoring a week-long workshop focused exclusively on the analysis of metagenomic data.  This intensive, hands-on course will feature morning and afternoon sessions taught by expert faculty and technical assistants from the Broad, Ragon Institute, Harvard School of Public Health and Washington University, St. Louis.  All participants will acquire fundamental computational skills, appropriate study design, data interpretation, and overall literacy in bioinformatics.

When: 14-18, September : Morning Sessions 9:00 – 12:00 | Afternoon Sessions 2:00 – 5:00

Where: Joseph B. Martin Conference Center Harvard Medical School 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur Boston, MA 02115. We will be in the Pechet Family Conference room

Fee: There is a $350 registration fee to offset the costs of providing this 5 day workshop. Breakfast, lunch, and access to Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure are included. A networking reception will be held for all participants who complete the workshop.
